In 1 to 2 business days – Delivery in mainland Portugal
In 2 to 3 business days – Delivery in Insular Portugal

Returns
Paper Book
If you wish to return the Book of Compliments, once sent, we will return it within 14 days from the date of dispatch. We will only accept books whose outer packaging has not been opened, and are in good condition.
Therefore, you will have the following refund options:
– delivery directly to Rua do Outeiro, 1375 – 4760-317 Vila Nova de Famalicão, at no additional cost;
– shipping to the store, the respective costs being borne by the customer and non-refundable.
After receiving the product and carefully analyzing its condition, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used when purchasing the item.
Crediting the amount returned to the buyer's account will take between 8 and 14 days, different for each banking institution. . Shipping costs will not be refundable.
